25/10/20 ###The Athlete4Life code of conduct

Below is the guideline in order to pursue Athlete4Life:

  1. The most important thing is the ability to take action.  Living the life of an athlete means I must have the ability to act upon my thoughts.  I must walk the talk.  Thus an Athlete4Life must have the inclination to be on the move all the time.  This includes doing house chores on daily basis.
  2. Sleep is key to a good day ahead.  Tomorrow begins tonight.  I must have a good sleeping habit in order to wake up early to exercise.
  3. The cornerstone to Athlete4Life is Men Sana in Corpore Sano.  Thus, I must strive for good mental health along with a stress-free lifestyle.  In this case, I should opt for simplification.  By that, I mean to consciously filter the information that I am exposed to on a daily basis.  The principle is less is more.
  4. I must sweat every morning like clockwork.  Otherwise, I cannot build the momentum and the stamina towards a better athletic performance.
  5. I need to stay away from Nicorette.  If not, I will not achieve my goal to free myself from nicotine by this year.
  6. I decided, instead of OMAD, I will go for IF 16/8.  Then I will eat only one serving of rice for lunch and dinner.  No snacking in between.
  7. I should stay away from social media except tweeting Rex and Els.  That constitutes my social interaction for the week.
  8. I must keep on reading on daily basis.  I must go to bed a little smarter than when I wake up on that day.
  9. I got to stay away from the crowd.  Particularly during this pandemic.  That means I should not be involved in the training business at all.
  10. Finally, no more talking about the Primary Flight Path.  Stay on track with the Personal Flight Path.
