- I guess the biggest lesson is whatever I know so far is for my own consumption
- We are responsible for our own line
- God and I are one
- Just mind my own business
- Time to move on
It was terrible for me to be a smoker for 40 years.
People cannot stand quitting cigarettes. However, they should quit cigarettes but not nicotine. By looking at the amount of gunk that comes out every morning make me realize that my body has to clean up those messes I had been accumulating.
-------------------------------
If I am the justest ruler to my Universe Within, I should not cause harm to my body. As a matter of fact, I should focus on the overall wellbeing of my universe. I need to correct my Universe Within in order for me to be in harmony with my External Universe.
Once I am at peace internally, that then will reflect outwardly in my daily conduct.
This body is my only vessel forward. If I abuse it, I will not go far. I need to tune my vessel for peak performance. I need the right fuel.
---------------------------------
I can take the shortest possible route and conclude that I was delusional. However, as human beings, we are constantly looking for meaning. Hence, the most desirable conclusion is to conclude that God and I are one. I decided to go with this thought since it is a powerful anchor and nobody gets harmed along the way.
Somehow I don't feel special at all. I don't think that is the intention of satori. It is an awakening. Pretty much like when you wake up in the morning.
