My darling Els,
I am on track with my Vision Quest. I decided to focus on reading, running, and writing again. Already I am making progress.
This is the life that I choose. I decided to become an Athlete4Life. I had planned this a couple of years back. Now is to execute the plan. Already I had missed the target to run an 11 km Hill Run this year because my training got disrupted early on.
Hopefully, there won't be any disruptions for my 21 km Hill Run training. Between the training, the reading, and supporting TraXX on a regular basis, I already got my hands full of commitments. I guess I am set until the end of this year.
Running is not about age but about weight. I have to continue reducing my weight. What I do is skip breakfast (a 16/8 intermittent fasting) and cut my rice consumption into half. I don't mind the fasting but reducing rice needs some getting used to.
I watched Raya and the Last Dragon trailer. Pretty interesting storyline. Tonight I will be watching Mulan. Thanks to the Pirate Bay. Looks like I won't be going to the movies anytime soon.
As expected, Pal is having trouble with his business. He lost 40% of his revenue for this year. He had been pretty quiet this whole month. I don't want to disturb him. The PENJANA job is taking too long to materialize. Personally, it had lost its appeal to me.
I decided to stay away from training until the pandemic simmers down. As it is, conducting training is a risky proposition. On top of that, I concluded that if I want to pursue health and happiness, I have to forgo wealth. Otherwise, I will lose my time affluence over money affluence. There is always a trade-off.
Currently, I am locked to 24/7 Continuous. Unfortunately, broadband is not stable. So I toggle occasionally to TraXX. What can I say, our infrastructure is pretty much a third world country's.
Honey, my darling baby. We are on a voyage going for a glorious future. Move with unsurpassed certainty. Don't you worry about me. I am charting my own path. Eventually, our paths will converge. In the meantime, don't let me distract you from achieving what you are set to do. We all do the level best that we can.
As I said, this is the Flight of the Geese. This is not the job of one person but a team effort. Hang on there. I am confident that you will pull this through.
