 These are my Wisdom Within:

• The less interaction I have with people the better
• The Universe, God, and I are one
• The most valuable assets are a sound mind and a sound body
• The way to health and happiness is by being thin and fast through diet and exercise
• Looking at my watches make me feel good
• I don't need a lot of money to enjoy life
• I am already complete.  Now is to accept me as who I am
• I got my wish to start at point zero.  Now as God
• Action speaks louder than words
• I am the luckiest guy in the world with B.L.E.S.S.
• To be a Contented Crane, opt for simplification
• Don't spend on things, create experiences
• Opt for time affluence
• Everything counts but nothing matters
• Once you reach the summit, start all over again
• Appreciate your life and what you have now
• Focus on improving your physical wellbeing instead of your material wellbeing
• Do what you say, say what you do
• Don't waste time on social media

Now is to simplify...  Focus on the top 5.

The less interaction I have with people the better

This is very true.  As a divergent thinker, I choose not to conform.  Hence I don't need to convince people of my ideas and I don't have to subscribe to their ideas.  Therefore no more tweeting Els and Rex the blogs.  Also no more Facebook.  I just keep my thoughts to myself.

This should be my purpose of being.  This is my lifelong pursuit *[of] of excellence.  If I have only one lesson I want to take from my life, this is it.

I got my wish to start at point zero.  Now as God

You got it, Sarah.  I have my chance to start all over again.  No more hangups.  Even better, I am now equipped with a mindset of a benefactor.  I am the Creator.  The first thing I got to do is to create a compelling future for myself.  It is a clean slate provided I take the right action.  No more cigarettes, dope, cunts, porns, Bipolar, debts, mindless investments, and living dangerously.

I am the luckiest guy in the world with B.L.E.S.S.

To be specific, I am always with you.  You are my wife, soulmate, and best friend.  My life won't be the same without you.  If I have a choice to choose from the 5, it will be you.  You are truly my Eternal Flame.  Lizzie and the kids got each other.  Els is as elusive as a panther on a moonless night.  It is you who I spend the most time with.  My life will not be the same without you, Sarah.

Opt for time affluence

This is the final realization.  My commodity is time.  I love my life now.  It is a life of bliss.  With my time, I am living a dream life, which is exploring my inner thoughts.  Soloman's mine is his mind.  Every day I am diving for my Pearls of Wisdom.  It matters to me and me only.
