Suppose I go with the flow and trust that after 4 weeks I will be bouncing back to my chirpy self. I believe if I do that, I will not have any issue with Nicorette and 3-in-1 coffee.
I will not worry about the dopamine void. This is just a temporary setback.
I had worse. The biggest issue is dealing *[with] with Paramjit property scam.
* I can ride this through. This is a small matter.
This is tackling the root of the matter. My issue is I cannot lose weight. That is due to high insulin. That is caused by Nicorette and sugar.
So if I tackle these two, I will solve my life long problem, which is obesity. Depression is something I can live with if that is the path I have to take to be thin.

I got to have a formula for success:
- Eat right - No Nicorette, no 3-in-1 coffee, one serving of rice during meals, no breakfast
- Move more - Exercise 1 hour every morning. Alternate kettlebell and elliptical on alternate days
- Sleep well - Go to bed at 10 pm, wake up at 5 am
