14/11/20 &&&The pigeon is coming home

All is not lost.  Today I feel like I made a difference with my effort after all these years.  

Now I just flow.  I'm sure, finally I'll get there.

I guess what matters above anything else is our ability to be healthy and happy throughout our lives. All the while the things that we do are aligned towards happiness.  However happiness is a twin peak with health being a close second.

In my pursuit of happiness, I took health for granted.  Thus I paid the ultimate price.  Health is wealth.  I am at the point where I need to do something about my health quickly.  Otherwise I will lose it all.

Many people take health for granted.  We thought that health is our birthright.

What matters then?

Certainly not more money and more things.

If I look at things that make me happy now, I say top of my list is love.  Then time. Then WiFi LOL.  Then clean water, Nicorette, food, good night sleep etc. etc.

What is the common denominator then?  A sound mind and a sound body.

Beyond physical health, I need to take care of my mental health.  To do that I need to opt for Voluntary Simplicity.

Let's look at both:

Sound Mind

  • Love
  • Ample sleep
  • Fun
  • Meaning
  • Peace
Sound Body
  • Healthy Food
  • Exercise
  • Time Affluence
  • Stress Free Life
  • Being Thin
I am on the right track.  I don't need more *tha[t] (than) what I have.

* That's why I said Els is my Gold Medal.  With her on board, I now have a complete configuration.

Now that I have a complete framework, what I need to do is make the framework works flawlessly.

What are the components of [] (the) framework?
  • B.L.E.S.S.
  • My alignmened position in CCC
  • My completion of being God Almighty
  • Debt free life
  • Peace of mind living in 83, BU 2/2
  • Peace of mind owning Josie
  • The uncovering of Path of the Dragon
  • Nautica X
  • Having Agnes as my muse
  • BU/2 Park
All these are the basic building blocks towards a Sound Mind and a Sound Body.

These are the things I need to avoid:
  • Facebook
  • Mindlessly listening to TraXX
  • Eating breakfast
  • 3-in-1 coffee
  • Contacting Pal
  • Contacting BJ
  • Going back to making money
  • Politics and religion
  • Chasing superiority
  • Buying more watches
  • Spending money 
  • Cigarettes, Cannabis and Cunts
