19/11/20 ^^^It is a liberation day for me

Mentally I am liberating myself from thinking like the masses.  I decided to keep my thoughts only to myself.  It makes no difference for me to share my thoughts with others.  Therefore, I just register my thoughts in the blog as a basis for having a record for my future reference.

I am ready to walk the path alone.  I realized that I am a special person to myself.  Hence I will only deal with my own thoughts and actions.  My life is happy and fulfilled because I keep it small and simple.

The key here is to walk one step at a time and not to look back.  I just write my thoughts as it comes.  I am not here to judge, I just to.

However, I need to keep on progressing as a human being on a daily basis.  My journey is towards health and happiness.  The prerequisite i[t] (is) a sound mind and a sound body.

I need to move with an unsurpassed feeling of certainty.  No matter how mundane, I have to progress with that day.  I got to win one day at a time.  Like today, my win is I went and get my hair cut.  I do not chew Nicorette and no 3-in-1 coffee today.

This is the attitude I will be taking for the rest of my life.  I will win one day at a time.

I will win over the dopamine void.  I will lose 30 kg and I will run 10 km/hour.

Shit, Basiruddin Siman can do it.

Of course, he is mentally stable.

So my basic question is how to achieve a sound mind and a sound body?  Push comes to shove,  it is how your body deals with insulin.

SUGAR IS OUTRIGHT EVIL

When I control insulin I control dopamine.

Certainly, I need to avoid Nicorette, 3-in-1 coffee, and a second serving of rice.

Next is IF 16/8.

In addition, I sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am.

I exercise for 1 hour a day in the morning.

That is the basic requirement.

Let's do that until the end of the year.

That is the Sisyphus Portion.  As for the Icarus Portion, every day I alternate kettlebell and elliptical.

Well alright.  I'm supposed to read my own story.  I will do that.
