 This is the way to go.  Get ahead of everybody else.  

I like my life already.  I CAN MANAGE SLEEP!  

That is a great achievement.  I now can exercise at 6:00 am.  That is something I am looking forward to.

I need to overcome my own comfort.  Only then can I face the pain.

Of all my regrets, I regret smoking cigarettes the most.  How could I abuse my body like that?

While I am on Veni, Vidi, Vici I might as well make a resolution to stay away from all harms; the 3 Cs and sugar.  I am to live the life of a monk.

I will:

  • Eat right
  • Move more
  • Sleep well
From here on until the next 21 years, I will be the good guy.  I will live the path of righteousness.  I will keep my thoughts pure.  I will DO GOOD and DO NO HARM.

It starts with me going to bed at 10:00 pm.  I am back in heaven.

I want to weigh 64 kg and run 10 km/hour.  That is [] (my) ticket to health and happiness.

TIME TO ACT IS NOW! 

Every day I wake up [] (at) 5:00 am means I am a winner.  I am in control of my destiny.
