I look forward to exercising this morning. I had a good sleep. In the future, I plan to wake up at 5:00 am. I'm already awake by then anyway.
Let's live a normal life. Let's be a good animal.
I am a Contented Crane.
I need to be mobile...
Later baby.

It's true. I need a Massive Action Plan. I need to exercise morning and afternoon.
This is still a recovery phase from smoking. I still cough dark mucus today.
Once you've quit smoking, your cilia can take anywhere from 1 to 9 months to heal. However, the tar that caused the damage in the first place can take even longer to leave your lungs. One source claims that for every 6 years you smoked, it takes 1 year to remove that amount of tar from your respiratory system.Mar 8, 2019
Looks like this will last for 7 years.
I need to use this time to build my stamina again.
Now I can see my vision to run and run.
If I can do that, the rest doesn't matter.
All I need to do is sweat morning and afternoon until I can run 5 km at a go. What I'll do is I'll train to run for 30 minutes at a go. I will maintain that until I can run for 1 hour a day. The idea is being able to run and run.
Therefore I must be out there to exercise morning and afternoon except when it rains.
It doesn't matter if I just walk for one hour. As long as I sweat, then I am on track. Therefore the key to success is to keep the rule simple. Be there, be there on time, be there on time with a plan, be there on time with *[ a] a plan, and execute it.
* That what I'm doing right now. I am invoking a bias for action. Therefore I must go out twice a day. Much like going out to work and then coming back. It is not an option. Much like the Olympian School.
As it is, I just narrow my focus on my ability to run and run. Just like my vision of an ideal life;
To run around UNT campus wearing nothing other than the bandana, running short, and shoes during summer. My world is just me and B.L.E.S.S.
To complete the picture, all I need is to be able to run again. For the rest, I already got the Principle of Noninvolvement.
I won't be involved in:
- Politics
- Religion
- Tweeting TraXX
- Social Affairs
