Certainly, I started my day with Nicorette. Then I had 3-in-1 coffee and a banana.
So that qualifies [b]e (me) for a Bronze Medal today.

Today Albert is playing James Bond's themes in the memory of Sean Connery.
Hey honey, I made contact with Agnes today. She is this vibrant chick that had been my muse for the past few months. She greeted me first. I replied back.
Then I said, "It a beautiful day isn't it?"
She replied back, "Yes! It a beautiful day, a glorious day!"
I like that kind of chick. No hang-ups. No melancholic attitude.
So on my next round, I made a quick turn at a junction and faced her.
I asked, "What's your name?"
"I'm Agnes."
I said, "I like your attitude, you are full of vigor."
She replied, "I like your attitude too."
She reminds me of the Energizer Bunny. Very radiant.
I don't know how this will affect my exercise routine in the future. Normally I like to be with my thoughts when I exercise. Now I have 2 people that I have to be nice to every time I go for a walk. The other one is this 80 years old Apek. He calls me young man, I call him Sir.
One thing for sure, I like myself more nowadays when I socialize. In the past, I had been funny but cocky. It is the opposite of the cocky but funny philosophy of Ameezan, my brother. I realized that the pseudo macho attitude sucks. People like to be respected. It is a reciprocating relationship; do onto others what you want others to do onto you.
That, I owe to Els who propagates the philosophy of if you can't find a kind person, be the kind person.
