20/11/20 ^^^Let's free flow

 Let's say I put external affairs at a constant.  What can I do in my personal capacity to improve myself?

Well, definitely I need to be in bed by 10:00 pm.

I'll wake up at 5:00 am and exercise for 1 hour.

Next, I do IF 16/8 

Next, I eat one serving of rice during meals.

I QUIT NICORETTE and 3-in-1 coffee.

I should read Can't Hurt Me.

I sleep if I get sleepy.

I'll watch Fluffy.

I should fight the depression head on.
