I need to develop the callus in my mind that I am an Athlete Warrior.
I need to move away from performing at 40% and deal with pain to move to 80%. Beyond pain is greatness.
This morning I didn't push it. I didn't stretch my boundaries like I stretched the boundaries of my thoughts.
I can actually do brisk walking for 1 hour. However, I am already satisfied with 30 minutes. I have a low tolerance for pain.
I must remember that pain is my friend. Beyond pain is greatness.
This is the answer to the big question, how to be successful in life:
o Eating right
o Moving more
o Sleeping better

Just follow the alarm. When the alarm rings, don't think, just do.
I need to have a higher tolerance for pain. I need to train my mind to accept a higher threshold.
GO THE EXTRA MILE.
SAY NO OFTEN TO DESIRE. Greatness lies beyond pain.
The resources to make me happy is within me. Look for the answer within.
I am looking for approval. I need to prove to all those people that I deal with that I am better than them. It is easy to thrive in mediocrity. In my case, I am aiming for Personal Excellence.
GOOD LIFE IS THE BEST REVENGE.
I have to prove to Pal, Rozmi, BJ, RR, Joe, Lan, Ameezan, Munek, and Zizi that I can be a better person. I am a better person. Sazali is a better person healthwise. Wan Mus is better. Glen is sliding.
My mission is to be in the best of my health now that I don't have to worry about money. I need to accept that I am time affluent.
Indeed, a good life is the best revenge. This is the time for me to design a compelling future.
I need to draw deep inside me the power to be my best.
