14/11/20 ***A small matter to be better

 All it takes is for me to exercise twice daily and eat IF 16/8.

I can do this.  It is not that hard at all.  Then I'll wash my clothes right after, on the same day.

This is what I noticed.  Once I got my cup filled, I no longer experience the void albeit for love or cigarettes.

Can you imagine, I was hooked on cigarettes for 40 years.

I was having cigarettes so that I can feel like normal.

That's why I am determined to quit Nicorette.  I need to go back to point zero.

Many things I have to reset again:

  • My weight
  • My eating habits
  • My sleep
  • My exercise
I want to spend time with the family.  Brb...

I ended sleeping until 7 pm.
