16/11/20 ^^^The key is patience and persistence

 I need to clock in the 10,000 hours to be in the state of flow.

No matter how mundane the action I have to achieve Veni, Vidi, Vici.  Today is a good example.  Because I keep active, I feel better.  Even it is less than a 15-minute exercise.  Krista propagates 12 minutes workouts.  The idea is to keep on doing it.

Do not wait for a perfect mood.  Motion creates emotion.  The key is to move.

What is more important, to wait for the right mood or just do it?  I say do it first.  Fight the no mood with massive action.

I want to go to bed at 10:00 pm tonight,

  • Eat right
  • Move more
  • Sleep well
Tonight I just listen to Baroque music.  I won the day, two days in a row.  Tomorrow I'll fight another battle.  I'll win one day at a time.  This is my battle.  I need to build that callus.  I need to be tough.

I better finish Fasting Lane.  Then I want to read Can't Hurt Me.  I think that is the book I had been waiting for.  I need to develop mental toughness.
