From the look of it, my issue is dealing with Social Media. So if I don't use Social Media, I will *[be] be OK.

I am cutting sugar as much as I can. No more Nicorette and I try to refrain from sugar as much as possible.
The issue is insulin and dopamine. There is nothing wrong with my brain, All I need to do is regulate my neurotransmitters.
I need to train my brain to manage the dopamine surge and void. Insulin plays a very important role.
In general, it is how my body reacts to sugar. I have to set that right. Since we are nothing more than a chemical reaction, my job now is to make the right decision most of the time.
If I eat Nicorette, every time I chew Nicorette is a bad decision. The decision is made at the minute level. Hence the less the quantity the better. If I do it in a big way, the damage is bigger and quicker.
Be mindful of the daily decision. It is the daily decision that accumulates to the yearly decision and eventually the entire life decision.
