I need to be doing this for 2 months straight. I even eat only one serving of rice today during OMAD.
So things are looking good except there is a water ration again tomorrow, two weeks after the previous ration. This is really getting ridiculous.
People are dumping toxic waste into the water catchment. There are really crazy people out there.
I think I go ahead and exercise in the morning. I'll wash my clothes before I shut off the main pipe.

I'm not going to let something like that derail my plan. I have 5 1/2 months before Ramadan. This time I am mentally ready.
N - No Nicorette
S - Sleep Early
E - Exercise AHAD
E - Eat OMAD
M - Minimize Social Media
I feel like having some Nicorette but I believe that too shall pass.
At this point, I feel a little agitated by the water ration. The truth is I am fighting my urge to chew Nicorette.
No Nicorette, it will spike insulin. It is also destroying my microbiome.
