 The tagline works!  I woke up this morning fully charged.

Today is a good start. The weather is cool and I feel alert.

No doubt I feel slightly on the heavy side.  That will change in 2 weeks' time.

The time to act is now.   No more delays, no more procrastination.

There is a slight tinge to chew Nicorette.  THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

I will miss chewing Nicorette - that will only last for 2 week

For every excuse, there is a reason.  Therefore there should not be any excuse for me to fail.

The time to act is now.

Once I step out of the house I am on a different plane.  I am Sisyphus and Icarus once again.

First, be a good animal - Ralph Waldo Emerson.

I will start the day by being a good animal:

  1. I will not chew Nicorette
  2. I will not procrastinate
  3. I will exercise AHAD
  4. I will vacuum and dust CCC
  5. I will only eat dinner
  6. I will drink plenty of water
  7. I will stay hungry and alert
TIME TO ACT!

It started to drizzle 15 minutes into the exercise.  I marched on,  Not until it began to downpour after 30 minutes into the exercise that I started to run back.  Now the run is becoming lighter.  I did not pant.  That is a good sign.

Once I settle down, I will vacuum and dust CCC.  Then I will spend time to watch Borat 1 & 2.
