I ended sleeping three-quarters of the day.
I also have this nagging headache. Not that bad but it is a nuisance.
OK, I achieve my objective for today:
- No Nicorette
- 30 min exercise
- Vacuum CCC
OMADIF 16/8
I ate dinner because I was tempted to eat.
I need a strategy. I just eat one meal. Either lunch or dinner. I prefer dinner.

Tomorrow is another battle. Since Lizzie is cooking lunch, I will eat lunch for a change.
