2/11/20 ^^^This is the first day I intend to N-SEEM

This is the condition I have to deal with for the next 5 1/2 months before I come to Ramadan 2021.

At the same time, I will push my physical limit so that I exercise every day.

I managed to snooze for 2 1/2 hours.

I look forward to success today.  Then my dinner tonight will be a celebration.  If I do this every day, then every day is a celebration.

After this, I will switch to tea.  For the longest time, I was a tea man.  Tea is more soothing.

Today is nice and cloudy.  A perfect day for washing the car.

I am not hungry but suddenly I feel I have so much time.  Already I am Time Affluent.  Now I am beyond that, I am Time Flamboyant LOL.

What do I do with so much time?  What will Munek do with so much money?  There are two ways to it.  Either I waste it or I put it to good use.  Either way, the time will be gone.  My problem is I don't know how to turn my time into cash.

What constitutes productivity then?

  • Writing
  • Reading
  • Sweating/Exercise
  • Sleeping/Resting
  • House chores
  • Coursera
  • Building Relationship
  • Cooking?
  • Fasting
  • Not spending money
  • Staying thin
  • Fitting into old clothes
  • Wash car
Plenty of things to do.  In short, do something.  Do anything.

Now by doing OMAD I take out snacking.  Which means:

  • No nasi lemak Ah Lim
  • No cucur tepung
  • No kuih
  • No 3-in-1 coffee
  • No Nicorette
  • No pastry
  • No bread
  • No cake
  • No M[r](Mc)Flurry
  • No sugar
That means, when I OMAD, I am being productive to my Universe Within although I am not getting richer money-wise.

Health is wealth.  If I can be thin and fast, I am wealthy.  2 out of 3 Malaysian are obese.

Malaysia has the highest rate of obesity and overweight among Asian countries with 64% of male and 65% of female population being either obese or overweight.

Think of college life.  I didn't [] (need) much money to be happy.  Why do I need the money anyway?
  • Clothes - I got plenty
  • Shoes - I have enough
  • Perfume - I can afford, ordering one
  • Food - I only eat the essential
  • Vices - I don't need anymore
  • Gadgets - I got money just in case I need a replacement
  • Vacation - I can do without
  • Books - I have eBooks
  • Watches - more than enough
  • Car - I got to wash on my own
I guess my issue is food.  It's not a question of money.  I can spare RM100 a month on a fancy meal.  However, what I eat now at home is more satiating than the meal I have outside.  I can eat out, but it's gonna cost a bomb.

I better wash the car.  Brb...

It feels good for washing the 2 cars.

Now I really look forward to dinner.  Still not hungry but I feel slightly light-headed.
