Rice is taboo. I cannot take rice regardless of whether I OMAD or not.
I need to go back to the time I did Atkins Phase I.
Of all the times I lose weight dieting, it was during this time I lose the most.
Whatever it takes to lose 30 kg in 5 months:
- I sleep early
- I exercise
- I OMAD
- I eat probiotic
- I do Atkins Phase I
- I 72 Hours Fast every month
- I 21 Days Water Fast
Now I have more arsenals to fight fat.
Winning is not an option.
My main weapon is OMAD. I have faith in OMAD. Atkins Phase I is my insurance policy.
As for exercise, it is a by the way kind of benefit.
I have to let go of what I know in the past and move forward from this point on.
I might as well consider 10/11/20 as the beginning of Phase II of my life; the S. Rudin Ver 2.0.
