 I can't sleep anymore.  So this is part of the Prioritize Sleep but don't Pursue Sleep.

When I think of Tian Long, I still cannot help but be impressed.  Last night I look closely at it again and it is as golden gold as it can be.  No sign of the rose gold at all.

My screen turned black just now.  Does that mean you agree with me that Tian Long is a miracle?

Something just popped [] (in) my mind.  If we can transport ourselves into the digital world, we don't need to think much about the afterlife.  As long as there is solar energy, we are set for life.  The digital world then becomes our extended life.  We can go on until the final annihilation.

The only concern is how do we align thoughts and actions with feelings because feelings require the production of neurotransmitters.

Today the challenge is with no mood to exercise.  So the mindset is I need to have a winning streak.

A QUITTER NEVER WINS, A WINNER NEVER QUITS.

I need to persist and persevere.

I feel a bit groggy.  I have to fight this.  I already did the right things.  It's just I feel a bit fatigued.

Let me try with some salt.

That feels much better.  That is a very valuable experience.  All I need when I feel fatigued is to take salt.

I had a couple of prunes too.

We are always addicted to something.  Might as well get addicted to health.

I think prunes and salt works.  I am very energetic after that.  I managed to do the 5 X Walk/Run Interval and still had a great sprint as the finale.

I am damn motivated.  People become motivated when there is a worthy goal and they know they can achieve it.
