As it is, I am charting a new course in my life. Leading the way is N-SEEM
N - No Nicorette and 3-in-1 coffee
S - Sleep early/rise early
E - Exercise AHAD
E - Eat OMAD
M - Minimize social media
I'm tempted to say that the heart of the model is OMAD. But push comes to shove, the key to success is sleep.
