24/12/20 ###Some prunes and raisins still counts as LCHF

 When I say no Sugar and Starch, I am talking about processed and fiberless carbs.

I tested with prunes and raisins just now.  No overflooding of insulin.  Thanks to OMAD and ACV, my insulin is under control.  I didn't binge at all.

I didn't snooze today, so I am already sleepy.

I am very levelheaded since I took out Sugar and Starch from my diet.  I can think better now.

SUGAR AND STARCH MAKE US LAZY.
