Here are my struggles right now:
- To not eat until dinner due to temptation from the family
- Sugar is a very real challenge
- To exercise for 1 hour straight
- Avoid snoozing in the morning
These are weaknesses within SWEE itself. This is challenging the basis of the foundation itself.
If I want to be successful, I got to establish SWEE in the next 2 week so that I can lose another 4 kg before year-end,
All it takes is persistence and perseverance.
Otherwise, I need discipline and willpower.
