I like this point of my fast; no hunger at all. I definitely am fat adapted right now. It is one of life's greatest simple pleasures.
Instead of thinking about food, I am now enjoying an empty stomach.
Bowel movement had been great for the past 2 days. I really feel clean from the inside out.
So what are the lessons here?
- The simple it is the better the quality of life
- Exercise is a great joy. It is the measurement of success in life
- As long as I can run, I am a man fully functioning
- Keep using the excess body fat instead of adding more through eating
I looked at what I ate yesterday. Mostly carbs. And most of the carbs are sugar and flour,
Now, with this new development, I only eat my main meal. Also, I will only eat OMAD.
I need to maintain fat adapted. I need 2 weeks for the first batch of mitochondria to complete the half-life. It takes 10 weeks for the full cycle.
This is really great. There is no hunger. The idea is to be fat-adapted.
All this while I was too dependent on eating carbs 3 times a day. So all I got to do is switch to LCHF and eat once a day. I'll do anything as long as I can lose 30 kg in 5 months.
Eating carbs is something I cannot avoid. Definitely, I stick with the OMAD protocol.
72 Hours Fast is something I will incorporate on monthly basis. Not this month though.
