I slept very well last night, well-rested. Today I woke up 30 minutes late. Still managed to exercise at 6:00 am.
The real battle is the battle with insulin. As long as insulin wins, I will always have excess fat, inflammation, lethargy, insomnia, mood swings, and chronic diseases.
So I am battling insulin head-on.
The first strategy is OMAD. If there are so many benefits we derive from OMAD, what does that tell us about its efficacy? Perhaps, OMAD is the most natural way after all. The Warrior Diet talked about eating at night to align with the circadian cycle.
OMAD is my silver bullet. With OMAD half of the battle is won.
The other half is to do away with sugar. I cannot entirely do away with sugar yet. I ordered chocolate coated coffee beans.
However, I will eat them sparingly, just to satisfy my year-end festival craving.
Once I am done with that, I will totally cut sugar from my diet. It depends really. If the chocolate is not so sweet, I will probably buy it during my birthdays and during the year-end holidays.
SUGAR IS POISON!
The idea is to add more life to your years.
“Don”t be concerned if running or exercise will add years to your life,” he would say, “be concerned with adding life to your years.” He liked to quote William James, who said, “The strenuous life tastes better.” George Sheehan lived a strenuous life. He renewed his life at the age of 45 and turned it inside out.
I will prove to myself I can run again. I got to be thin. Running is not about age. It is about weight.
This month, I will lose 10 kg.
