16/12/20 ^^^^I want this 55 kg victory so bad

 Yup, I want i[s] (it) so bad that I am willing to do OMAD LCHF for life.  Of course no sugar and starch.

Let see if we can improve this formula

Sleep at 10 pm

Wake up a[s] (at) 4:30 am

Exercise AHAD 

Eat OMAD LCHF

That is the foundation.  The minor addition is snooze for one hour and exercise Veni Vidi Vici.  Nothing much really.

I seriously can do LCHF when I do OMAD.  They go hand in hand.  However, if I skip OMAD, I get carbs cravings.
