She is in love with me indeed. At least she is willing to play along. This was her opening song:
What do cigarettes, dope, and Nicorette have in common? They all evoke a dopamine surge. Just like sugar.
However, the archenemy is SUGAR. No more sugar for life. The closest I get to it is raisins. A more appropriate choice wi[th] (will) be prunes.
I must not put sugar in my mouth again. Just like I will not take cigarettes, dope, and Nicorette for as long as I live.
This month is crucial. I need to break the carbs cravings. Therefore even prunes and raisins are not allowed. I need to be fat-adapted before I start with my 72 hours monthly fasts.
I must be fat-adapted if I want to lose 40 kg in 5 months.
All it takes is to withstand hunger and to say no to sugar.
SWEE PAF-nSS is a lifetime commitment. I need to train my body to tap the body fat. At the same time, I gotta learn to enjoy being hungry.
If I can withstand hunger and avoid sugar WHILE still energetic to exercise, then the fat-adaptation is working. Otherwise, I need to wait for a little while in order for the mitochondria half-life. That will be as long as 10 weeks.
At this point, I am willing to sacrifice physical performance in exchange for fat-adaptation.
Also, I want *[] (to) train my body to OMAD LCHF and nSS. That is the heart of the SWEE PAF-nSS equation.
* I'm already on the right track Sarah.
This is what I discovered so far: if I win over insulin resistance, I win over the physical ailments. However, if I win over dopamine fluctuations, I win over the mental ailments.
My formula is none other than SWEE PAF-nSS.
