25/12/20 ^^^I was so hungry that I felt like fainting

 Two things I insist on doing today:

  • Skip dinner
  • No sugar
Today is only day five of quitting sugar.  I still take prunes and raisins for the past 3 days.

I got to kill carbs craving no matter what.

The weight loss is not that impressive.  I still cannot hit 89 kg.

The enemies are insulin and sugar.  I need 6 weeks to get rid of carbs craving and 10 weeks to be fat-adapted.

I cannot afford to lapse.  Quitting sugar and starch is my 2020 resolution besides quitting Nicorette.

I had a meeting with Azham, a collegemate.  Nothing much.  Just a waste of time.  I rather be on my own.

I had a LCHF dinner.  It's not that bad at all.

OK, Sarah, I want to watch TV with the family.  Els is on air.

Goodnight baby.  I love you so much.
