14/12/20 ###No nicotine no sugar

 That is the resolution for 2020.  I need to manage my insulin and dopamine.

So, no more processed food and sugar from this point on.

I should be able to sustain myself from eating junk.

I only have 2 weeks to complete my OMAD LCHF for this year.  Just nice to do away with the carbs cravings.

This diet has nothing to do with willpower.  It's about making choices on what is available.
