14/12/20 ***This is what I like about blogging

 I create a new story every time I start a new posting.

Yes, the theme is the same: To lose 40 kg in 5 months.  However, the perspective is different.

What I should be thinking are the day-to-day battles.

Tomorrow is the first day of OMAD LCHF.

Very importantly, I need to strengthen SWEE.  I cannot be snoozing like there is no tomorrow.  That will disrupt my sleep pattern.  Without proper sleep, there is no AHAD and OMAD.  So sleep is paramount.

I am planning for a battle.  I cannot be preparing for defeat.  First, win Battle Point Five 2020.  Then I get rid of carbs craving.

I need the fighter mentality - what will I do with the resources that I have to leverage on my strength to win this battle over insulin and dopamine?

In the past, my issue was I was unable to pinpoint my real enemy.  Now I know that it is none other than SUGAR AND STARCH.

Because of that, it affects my insulin and dopamine.

I got it right from the very beginning:

NO SS.

How to win the daily battle?
  • SWEE
  • OMAD
  • LCHF
 Gosh, I know all this.  I need discipline and willpower.  I need to persist and persevere.

WIN ONE BATTLE ONE DAY AT A TIME  

OK, Sarah, I want to adjourn to my bed.

Actually, I am not sleepy at all.  I had been sleeping way to much today.

Never mind.  I just follow a routine.
