I think I'll sleep at 4:00 am.  No exercise tomorrow morning.  I'll make a point of exercising tomorrow afternoon.

Currently, my focus is on being thin.  Now that I know that all it takes is OMAD and LCHF, I will persist and persevere.  I will only eat dinner without the carbs

I want 30 kg in 5 months really bad.

It's just like all this while I wish for something.  I just found out how to get it.

All this while I wanted to weigh 65 kg.  Now I know how to get it.

Thanks to ketones, I don't feel hungry at all.

This month is about being fat-adapted and overcoming the addiction to sugar.  The more reason why I should adhere to OMAD and LCHF.

I got to maintain my carbs below 20 grams a day.
