Basically today I took a break from AHAD and OMAD. Plenty to eat and plenty of sleep.
So here is the deal. No sugar and no processed carbs. Other forms of carbs are OK including dried fruits and rice.
I decided not to meet anybody either. My meeting with Azham doesn't go as well.
I like being on my own, immersing in my digital downloads, and attending to TRAXXfm.

Oh yeah, as far as spending money is concerned, I decided to indulge in three things:
- Blackmore Probiotic
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Starbucks Instant Coffee
No more massage. No more McCafe Iced Americano
I WANT TO LIVE A HAPPY LIFE.
From 2021 onwards, no more junk food.
