10/12/20 ***While at the Perodua Service Center

 OK, I'm not the first one.  They are taking orders as early as 8:00 am.  In the future I book for 8:00 am or 8:30 am.

Today is the first day I'm doing OMAD with LCHF.

I think going OMAD for the past 1 week had paid off.  I believe I am fat-adapted.  No hunger whatsoever.

As long as I am not hungry, I am game for not eating beyond OMAD and not eating carbs.

Now I have a term for that empty stomach - THE BUZZ.  So it [] (is) not hunger, it is the Buzz.

I intend to win this war.  The goal is losing 30 kg in 5 months.  Now that I no longer chew Nicorette, I can do anything; I can do away with Els, I can do OMAD LCHF EVERY DAY, I can sprint every day, I can sleep at 9:45 pm and of course I can Veni, Vedi, Vici.

Whatever I think of is possible now that I take the first step, which is TO QUIT NICORETTE.

I won over Nicorette, which means I won over dopamine fluctuation.

The next step is to withstand hunger and to say no to sugar and starch.

If I can remain fat-adapted throughout my life, I really make it through.

Just like Jim Cadwell, I too need to discover my Elixir of Life and my Fountain of Youth.

Of all things to determine a person's success, these are the essence:

  •  The ability to withstand hunger (OMAD)
  • The ability to say no to sugar and starch (LCHF)

Can you believe it, Sarah?  All the reasons to be healthy and happy boils down to OMAD and LCHF.
