26/12/20 &&&What do I find out so far?

Last words on diet:
  1. Based on the Obesity Code, my diet strategy is to eat OMAD but not LCHF
  2. Avoid sugar and processed carbs
  3. It's OK to eat rice, raisins, and prunes
  4. I should eat probiotic and apple cider vinegar for life
  5. I still need glucose for energy
Last words on exercise:
  1. Food affects the performance
  2. Exercise in the morning
  3. Just Do It!  Every day even if it is only 30 minutes.
Points to consider:
  1. Stick with OMAD - something that can last a lifetime
  2. I exercise every day - I need food every day
  3. Els is a delusion while Sarah is an illusion - stop enforcing false beliefs
  4. TraXX and the blog are for real - stick with what is real
  5. Set mortal goals - no more delusion of grandiose
So what makes me happy?
  • Sleep at 10 pm
  • Wake up at 4:30 am
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD
  • Weighing 65 kg
  • TraXX
  • The blog
  • Pirate Bay
  • Probiotic
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • McCafe Iced Americano
