What I hope to achieve eventually with this progress is to be PERMANENTLY THIN and able to run fast again.

That's it.  That is my Ikigai.  

This is so true:  What nourishes me destroys me.  The idea is to minimize food just enough for me to utilize my stored fat.

I need to follow my Wisdom Within.  As it is, the litmus test is the morning sputter of nicotine gunk.

I think the Ramadan fast-breaking tradition is still on with BJ and RR.  This is the biggest pull far.  I need to show them that I am making progress.  A 30 kg progress.  That is 3 packets of rice
