14/12/20 ^^^Preparing for Battle Point Five 2020

 I have to do this.  Regardless of what Lizzie says, I have to abstain from carbs.

All it takes is 2 weeks.

A Warrior Walks Alone.

What are my mistakes?  I ate the chocolate-coated coffee beans and the onion chips.

THE KEY IS ABSTINENCE.

Consider this:  I am so weak that I cannot even run for 30 minutes.

I have gout and Bipolar.

Things have to change.

I HAVE TO LOSE 40 KG IN 5 MONTHS

Nobody is stopping me from achieving my goals.  It is up to me.

These are my major milestones:

  • Battle Point Five 2020
  • Losing 40 kg in 5 months
  • 72 Hours Fast every month
  • 21 Days Water Fast in Ramadan
  • 21 km Hill Run in September
Patience. persistence and perseverance.

Discipline and willpower - this is easier to understand.

Every man is a hero in his own story.  I have to be my own hero.  I am not [] (even) a hero to my family.

I am a hero to my story only.  By losing 40 kg, I win my own war.  I win the war over insulin and dopamine.

That's all that matters.  Lizzie and Dr. Amarpreet will only appreciate the result.  Winning the battles is up to me, one day at a time.
