These 2 weeks are the deciding factor for me to endure OMAD for the rest of my life.

What is my main obstacle?
THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND HUNGER,
As long as I can stop myself from eating, I will be OK
The principle is very simple. Either I put in nourishment inside my body or I am better off not eating at all.
Anything processed will spike insulin. Insulin will spike dopamine fluctuation. This may sound like an oversimplification but so far it makes sense to me.
We need to put insulin at bay. And the best to do it is through FASTING/OMAD.

- No more dark depression and suicidal thoughts
- No more desire for sugar
- Fat adapted
- Energy and strength
- No more mania
- No more delusions
- Sleep well
- No more spending on snacks and treats
