1/12/20 ###Now is to bite the elephant, one bit at a time

 It is very tempting to eat when I looked at the Chicken Rice I bought for the family.  However, I was not hungry.

I realized that I need to keep my insulin at bay.  Once I clear my body from access to insulin, I will no longer have hunger pangs.

Today is the first day I do OMAD.  I need to persist since I still have an issue with weight, inflammation, and metabolism.

If I don't do this, I am shortchanging my priorities and values.

This is my final push this year.  I intend to finish this year with a bang.

I am already succeeding:

  • I managed to quit Nicorette
  • I managed to quit Social Media
  • I managed to stop tweeting TraXX 
Now to start reducing 10 kg this December.  I have to do it to prove that I have the discipline and the will power to eat one meal a day.

Certainly, I managed to quit Nicorette.  That is a major achievement for 2020.

  • Weighing 65 kg will be the top priority
  • To do 21 days water fast in Ramadan
  • To run at 10 km/hour
  • To run 21 km Hill Run
  • To do Vidi Vedi Vici by alternating Vedi and Vici
  • OMAD and AHAD for life
  • Say no to sugar for life
