12/12/20 ^^^What is motivation?

 Motivation is having a goal and knowing that you can reach it.

That's what I am feeling right now.  My immediate obsession is to hit 79 kg.

Once I hit that target, I am home free.

I'm going to put all my effort into OMAD and LCHF.  That means I'm going to eat right and eat clean.

As long as I am fat-adapted, I can continue to lose weight.

I have to say goodbye to 3-in-1 coffee.

I still need to finish the crackers and raisins.  For the new year, I am celebrating with chocolate-coated coffee beans.  That will not work.  Until I complete my 5 months mission, I will not derail.

For the new year, I have 2 crackers with peanut butter and raisins.

I need to suppress Grehlin the Gremlin.  I need to do i[s] (it) long enough to reset my mitochondria halflife.  That takes 10 weeks.

In the meantime, it will take 6 weeks for me to be fat-adapted.
