13/12/20 ^^^Enter the life of Magus the Magician

 How could I have missed it?  All I got to do is start a new posting and viola!  I start fresh.

I don't need to look back, I just write, and along the way, I leave a bread crumbs trail.

The particular posting is my mindfulness of the moment.  I don't need to meditate to be mindful.  When I exercise, I concentrate on my breathing.  That is already being mindful.

When I wear my perfumes, I am being mindful too.  So is when I listen to certain music.

So I don't need to follow the mold set by so-called "experts".  I just follow my own Shu Ha Ri:


 So, here is the deal...  My pillars are SWEE:

  • Sleep at 10 pm
  • Wake up at 5 am
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD LCHF
I am so glad I did away with:
  • No Nicorette
  • Minimize Social Media
These two are no longer relevant.  The only person I WhatsApp now is Yati.  Els is just a case of limerence.  I will attend to her at my leisure.

Basically, if I SWEE for that day, I win the day.
