2/12/20 ^^^No more dark depression and suicidal thoughts

 I hate to say this, but honestly, Els is [] (nothing) more tha[t] (than) just another chick working at the radio station.

It's not her fault.  The magic is gone.  If not for the yuan fen, E.L.S. medals, and B.L.E.S.S., she is as ordinary as possible.

#traxxfm A present, I feel that a veil being lifted from in front of me. Everything is very ordinary. If not because of the signs and patterns that form the epiphanies, I say everything is just a strange illusion.

As it is, my priority is to make OMAD my second nature.

I must enjoy being hungry.  Therefore hungry = pleasure.

I must enjoy the burn away of insulin, the burn away of sugar, and the burn away of fat.  

I should appreciate the BDNF and HGH.  Also the regulation of dopamine in my brain.

Very importantly, to get rid of the inflammation.

Everything is in favor of OMAD.  Therefore OMAD is the natural way for us to feed ourselves.

Let's recap:
  • It is true that I need 7 hours of sleep.  How to sleep at 10:00 pm every night?  I need to be mentally ready.  First and foremost, I need to exercise during the day.  Then no sleeping in the daytime.  Finally, I need to eat right.
  •  Then, no more Nicorette.  It increases insulin.
  • Definitely no 3-in-1 coffee.
  • Stay away from bread and crackers.
Actually, I had simplified my life.  By eating OMAD, I eliminate the need to snack.  I only stick to the main meal.

Eating less over time doesn't work for me.  It has to be eating a lot at one go. 
The big question is, can I do this as a lifestyle?  

CAN I SAY NO TO SUGAR?

The answer lies in the chocolate-coated coffee bean.  That is my last temptation and indulgence.  If I can pass this stage, I will no longer look at sweet stuff anymore.  Together with that are all the junk food.

So I will enjoy my last sweet indulgence.  After this, I will NO LONGER EAT SOMETHING SWEET except Ikea Dark Chocolate 

I will completely quit sugar by 2021

Man, suddenly I am swept by a feeling of euphoria.  That is by just drinking black coffee.  So sugar really dulls my senses before this.

Sugar might taste good to you, but processed sugars aren't good for you. Eating a lot of refined, added sugars can lead to headaches, low energy levels, and inflammation. Cutting sugar out of your diet will likely decrease inflammation, boost your energy levels, and improve your ability to focus.

Beginning today I shall treat Els based on the feedback she gives me.  Unlike when I was in limerence, I will not sputter my affection aimlessly.

#traxxfm With this recent development, I am more self-contained. So I'm taking things to my advantage. I guess, what I'm saying is I am healing. Therefore I am going with the flow from here on. Sort of taking it easy.

The idea of flow is to respond to the situation as it comes.  No expectation whatsoever.  Like I said, Els is jinak merpati (pigeon tame).  So I shall treat her as if she is a pigeon.  As simple as that.  I don't control the wind, I just direct the sail.
