I slept well, I exercise well, I shit well and I eat well.
I think I nailed it with SWEEF-nSS.
I took 3 dried prunes. Since they are not processed sugar and starch, I still consider them as LCHF. I also considered the fiber aspect and the amount taken as low carbs.
I think I add Probiotic and Apple Cider Vinegar in the equation and make it SWEE PAF-nSS 2020. Then the picture will be complete.
