Very importantly, I need to be at the peak of my health to do so:
- I need to lose 30 kg
- No more Nicorette
- No more 3-in-1 coffee and sugar
- Able to run for at least 30 minutes
- Sleep well
- Don't fall asleep during the day
- No dark depression and suicidal thoughts
Take AHAD for example. If I can run 10 km/hour, that's all the exercise I need for the day.
The key is patience and persistence.
Why not this whole month, I just do a brisk walk for one hour but I commit to doing it every day?

I'm glad I managed to exercise for 40 minutes in the afternoon. The sprint went quite well too.
Then during dinner, I ate without overstuffing myself. I didn't crave for the 3-in-1 either. I thought about it but I managed to control myself.
I need to lower my insulin before the blood test. I need to get rid of my carbs craving.
