 So, today I reset my time so that I can wake up at 4:30 am.  If waking at 5:00 am is incredible, waking at 4:30 am is unthinkable.

I guess today is fine since I slept a lot during the day.  Nevertheless, I feel empowered waking at 4:30 am.

For the time being, I'll play it by the ear.  Is 4:30 am is really my waking time?  I don't really know.  However, I do feel better able to do that.

To be honest, I am already awake at 3:00 am.  That's when I took a leak.  After that, it was an intermittent sleep.

I think I had too much sleep during the day.  However, I don't mind giving this 4:30 am a shot.  I have always been wanting to do it for a while now.

10pm is the perfect bedtime. Going to sleep at 10pm enables you to get the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep, and still wake up by 5 or 6am. That means you can get in at least a 30-minute workout in the morning - a common habit among the most successful and productive people - and still be at work by 8 or 9am.

4:30 am is a good time for me to wake up. I am already very alert by then.

However, I exercise at 6:00 am still.  That way I have more time blogging.  Another reason is that Sound Journey ends at 6:00 am.

However, in the future, I am seriously considering 5:30 am as my exercise time.  That is an option for the time being.  Blogging is better in the morning.

I don't mind it though.  5:30 am sounded like a sacred hour.  For today, let me experiment with blogging.  Oh yeah, that also gives me time to build my peristalsis before the exercise.

In the past, waking up at 5:00 am was a bit rushed for me to get ready to exercise.  So far I like this pacing.

I truly feel that I am time affluent.

OK, I had decided.  I wake up at 4:30 am so that I am 30 minutes richer.  So that I don't have to rush things and to have peace of mind.  So it makes no point to push everything half an hour earlier because my official CCC time is at 7:30 am.

I kinda like 4:30 am, 6:00 am and 7:30 am combo.

Today I'll make a point not to snooze and not to eat carbs.  Today is holy.  This is the first day of Battle Point Five 2020.

4:30 am is really my waking time.  I do feel very alert waking up at this hour.

Suddenly I am time rich.  I don't have to rush things.  I am in control.

Also, it is perfectly synced with Sound Journey,

Therefore my Golden Hours are between 4:30 am - 7:30 am.

By 7:30 am, I already showered and ready to tackle other chores like reading in particular.

I have to make a point to read a lot.  If time is my cash, then reading is my investment.

Today is one of the best brisk walks.  I had a new muse too; a runner chick donned in black.  I learned one thing today - better to exercise on the road.  Wider perspective and further horizon.  Plus the chick sure is a booster.

It's a good day today.

I am winning the AHAD battle.  Now is to tackle the OMAD LCHF battle.

Look at it this way, I had been talking about these ideas since 2012.  All this while, I was clouded by cigarettes and dope.

Now I am free from smoke.  That is one down.  Next is to tackle sugar and starch.  Then no more inflammation.

More HGH and BDNF.
