>>>#21/2/20 The day I embrace Lithium back

 This is what I wrote on 27/2/20:

There is no truth beyond what we choose to believe. - Sharudin Jamal

Basically, we all create our own reality.  If that is the case I need the kind of reality that I want to create.  It should be:

* Positive

* Realistic

* Inspiring

* Visionary

* Action Based

* Time-Bound

* Exciting

My reality is PRIVATE

Is losing 40 kg in 5 months PRIVATE?  You bet it is.

I would say, my success now is partly due to the availability of quality information.

All I got to do is ask the right question.

Once I embrace the Polar Warriors logo, I am accepting that the illness is for life.

Bipolar disorder is a lifelong illness. Episodes of mania and depression typically come back over time. Between episodes, many people with bipolar disorder are free of mood changes, but some people may have lingering symptoms. Long-term, continuous treatment can help people manage these symptoms.

I have to love myself for who I am.

Perfect timing:

So Sarah, how can I not have the delusions of grandeur?  My life is synchronized like a Gyro Horology.

I am not in the mood to exercise.

Alas!!!  WE RIDE!

Fatigue sets in.  I take it as I am recovering from the past two rigorous days.
