The[re] (The) clarity of the mind is superb. Now that I know that all it takes is OMAD and LCHF, I will whack the ace much like nobody's business.
This is true since I am not experiencing any hunger. If I feel tired or fatigue, I just have a pinch of salt.
Since I no longer experiencing bipolar, I also no longer experiencing schizophrenia and delusions of grandeur. I just make sure I regulate dopamine surge and void.
This is really fantastic. I am fat-adapted and I no longer experience carbs cravings.
The answer is fasting. Animal fast when they are injured and sick.
So actually, I need to fast until I am fat-adapted. Then I can go on indefinitely.
I still have plenty of body fat. I should go for 55 kg. That means I should lose 40 kg.
Let's aim for 55 kg when I run the 21 km Hill Run.
I want to be thin until I look like Mo Farah. I'm sure I can do 55 kg.
