6/12/20 ***The idea is to stop eating until you are fat adapted

 Tomorrow I am trying 72 hours fasting.  Hopefully, I stop eating long enough for me to be fat adapted.

I need to be in an offensive mode.  

Back to basics; ability to sustain from hunger.

I finish feeding at 8:00 pm.

This is my last feeding for the next 88 hours.  

This is the test.  If I can sustain for this long, then this will be a monthly affair.

Now that I have a reference, I will pursue it relentlessly.  Weight is not a one-way street.  I am going home to 65 kg.



I need to go back to basics.  I need to be thin.  My success in life is dependent on my ability to be thin.
